I've been looking for ways to create an interactive forum for our Student Ministry. The thought behind it is that it would be cool to have a way to highlight my volunteer staff as more than just the bodies that make up the security team on a Friday night. I want them to have a voice and I want them to have a group of kids that look up to them as their "youth pastor."
One of the things I've pitched to my team is a thing we're tentatively calling "Stump the Youth Leaders."

The only problem I've run into so far? It's a lot harder to do this on camera than it looks. I feel like a crazy person talking to a cell phone...
